Amazing that the only thing that the Feisty DNC chair could say was that the 9th Congressional District in New York is,  “a very difficult district for Democrats”.   She must be Kidding, Democrats have a 3 to 1 Democrat advantage in the distinct and The Cook Political Report has assigned it a PVI of D+5.

There is NO objective block of information that would suggest that the district who hasn’t gone GOP since 1923 is a “Difficult District for Democrats”.  Conclusion:  Democrat Spin
